The terms for our studio website and how they relate to the separate terms for our apps, games, and services.

1. Using this website

These terms apply to theaecestudio.com, operated by The AECE Studio. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, ask a parent or guardian to review them with you.

The AECE Studio makes Aether, Teo, and our games. These terms govern this studio website and do not replace any product’s own Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how this website and studio enquiries handle personal information.

2. Acceptable use

You may browse this site, follow product links, and contact us for lawful purposes. Do not use the site to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, infringe another person’s rights, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with the studio. These restrictions do not limit activities expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Content and ownership

The studio’s branding, website design, text, images, and other materials belong to The AECE Studio or their respective owners and licensors. You may view the site and share links to its public pages. Other use of protected content requires the appropriate permission or a right provided by law. Visiting the site does not transfer ownership or grant a licence to our software, games, or trademarks.

You retain ownership of information you send us for support. Sending an enquiry permits us to use it to respond and resolve the issue as described in our Privacy Policy; it does not grant us a general right to publish your private correspondence.

Separate product and store terms govern downloads, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and use of those services. A product description on this studio website does not promise a release date or availability on every device or in every country. Projects described as in development may change.

5. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information may become outdated and access may be interrupted by maintenance, errors, or circumstances outside our control. We may update or remove website content. Contact us if you find an error.
